Le Casa Deluxe is the delivery arm of IntExt Concepts — built for clients who would rather deal with one team than five vendors. Each project moves through the same five stages, so nothing is assumed and nothing is left hanging after the keys change hands.
Site Inspection
We begin on site, not on paper. Measurements, structure, plumbing and electrical routes, daylight and ventilation are all recorded before a single line is drawn.

Layouts you can read and renders you can feel. Working drawings for the site team, photo-real 3D views for you — so approvals happen before the material is cut.
