IntExt Concepts is a turnkey interior design and execution studio operating from Chhatarpur, New Delhi since 2012. We handle residential, office and commercial interiors across South Delhi, Gurugram and Noida — design, civil work, joinery, electrical and handover under one contract, with one point of contact.
What we actually do
We are a design-and-build studio, not a design consultancy and not a marketplace that passes your project to a third-party contractor. The team that measures your space, draws the layout and produces the 3D is the same team that orders material, manages the carpenters and electricians on site, and walks the punch list with you at handover.
That structure exists for one reason: on an interior project, most failures happen at the seam between design and execution. When a designer hands drawings to a contractor, the person who drew the wardrobe is not the person who discovers the wall is out of plumb. Keeping both under one contract removes the place where blame usually lands.
Where we work from
Our studio has been at the same Chhatarpur address since 2012 — 50-C, Khasra No. 331-1, Tyagi Mohalla, New Delhi 110074. It is a working studio with material samples, not a sales office. Most of our projects are within a 40-minute drive, which is what makes real site supervision possible rather than a visit once a fortnight.
What we handle
- Residential interiors — full-home turnkey for flats, builder floors, villas and farmhouse properties
- Renovation — rewiring, plumbing, waterproofing, flooring and structural finishing in older Delhi homes
- Modular kitchens and wardrobes
- False ceiling, lighting and wall panelling
- Office and commercial fit-outs — space planning, workstations, cabins, reception, conference rooms
- Outdoor — terrace gardens, pergolas, decking and landscape work, common in the Chhatarpur belt
How we price
Everything is quoted line by line with material grade written in — carcass ply grade, shutter finish, hardware brand, ceiling material. We do this because a lump-sum interior quote is impossible to compare against another one, and because the difference between BWP and MDF in a Delhi kitchen shows up in three years, not three months.
| Package | Rate per sq ft | Positioning |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Rs 1,450 – 1,750 | Rental units, first homes, straightforward scope |
| Premium | Rs 1,750 – 2,200 | Long-term family homes |
| Signature | Rs 2,200 – 2,650 | Bespoke joinery and detailing |
How we work
- Site visit and brief — measurement, survey of existing services, budget band agreed
- Layout and 3D — space planning first, visualisation you sign off before ordering
- Line-item estimate — itemised, material named
- Approvals — society or RWA permits, deposits, lift slots handled by us
- Civil and services — demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, flooring
- Joinery and finishes — kitchen, wardrobes, ceiling, panelling, paint and lighting
- Snagging and handover — punch list closed with you on site
What we will tell you honestly
We will say when a budget does not match a brief, rather than accepting the job and cutting the carcass grade where you cannot see it. We will say when an island does not fit your kitchen, when a false ceiling will make a room feel low, and when reusing an existing counter costs more in adjustment than replacing it. Those conversations are uncomfortable at estimate stage and much cheaper than at handover.
Areas we serve
Chhatarpur, Satbari, Mehrauli, Saket, Malviya Nagar, Greater Kailash, Hauz Khas, Green Park, Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Sainik Farms, Panchsheel, Lado Sarai and across South Delhi.
